Leemook Plumbing did a great job! They were kind and understanding.Their response was very quick and they were very professional. From the phone call on Monday to when they came to my home on Wednesday to give me a free quote. To when they came back on Friday and did the job all in a week. They knew that I needed my water back on for me and my children. I ended up having to get a new waterline replacement for my home.As a single Mom them caring and their kindness meant a lot to me. I contacted Leemook Plumbing for a kitchen sink leak. He came out for a next day consultation and did same day service. His immediate assessment on how to repair the leak showed he was very knowledgeable in exactly what happened and offered his best advice to repair the issue. I highly recommend Leemook Plumbing! I received many quotes to replace multiple toilets and my shower hardware. Tbh, prices were all over the place with some differing by over $1k. Not only were Matt's prices very reasonable, he listened when I requested options and recommendations. He also followed up on the quote, responded promptly, and completed the work in a timely professional manner. Where has integrity and honesty gone? I'll tell you. It's gone to Leemook Plumbing. I was faced with a water leak and reached out to Leemook. After some diagnostics and discussion, the owner, Matthew Leemook, recommended that I contact the original plumber and find out what my warranty was. It turns out that the warranty is a Life-time. He then said, "have them come out and take a look." I don't believe that anyone else would have turned down a job in support of someone else. Matthew provided a quote to replace my water heater based on 5 or so pictures that I sent him. The quote was reasonable. He gave me a window of next day between 12-4 pm. He confirmed the appointment in the morning, then gave an update at noon. He arrived at 1 pm and got the job done in just less than 4 hours, including a trip to Home Depot to get a replacement valve. He held to his quote despite a bit extra work due to the failed valve. I would use Leemook Plumbing, LLC again. ~ James L

Matthew did an awesome job in replacing garbage disposal when the old one started leaking. He also responded very quickly when I reached out to several plumbers for the job. Not only that, but he was in constant touch with me about his ETA on the day of the job. His charges are extremely reasonable and he also makes sure that he cleans up all the mess before he leaves. This was my second time using Matthew Leemook and once again it was 5 star service. I had the fill valve in a half bath toilet replaced. Matthew gave me time window of 12-3 and he texted me at 11:45 to tell he would be arriving at 12:00 which I appreciated. Matthew was great! Very informative and I genuinely appreciate that he explained what he was doing throughout the process and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. My house has old-ish pipes and I've had a gurgling kitchen sink for months that recently started backing up and wouldn't drain. I called Matthew around 8am and he was able to squeeze me in that afternoon for an assessment. He gave it a look, determined it wasn't a faulty garbage disposal issue like I thought, but likely a clog in the pipe. Long story short (and after snaking the drain for at least an hour) he identified and unblocked a clog that had been building in the pipes from before I even purchased the house. He also went the extra mile to make sure the pipes were working in all other sinks/bathrooms. Best part? The final price was still the initial quote he gave me. No random upcharges, no hidden fees. Just an honest assessment and an unclogged sink. You won't regret hiring him, he's already a referral for my relatives nearby and I will continue to use his services as I finish updating the bathrooms in my home. ~ Hillary W

A pipe had burst inside my home early Easter morning and didn't know how to turn the water off. I called around for hours trying to get a Plumber to come out until I found Lemook plumbing. They came out to my home quickly and fixed the problem in no time at a reasonable price. They even showed me how to turn the water off to my home the next time a emergency happens. We had an emergency with a failed PRV. Called several locations, Leemook was the quickest to answer and had the most reasonable prices. It gets better, Matthew was professional, trust worthy, and very helpful. This is family owned business and couldn't have asked for better service. Matthew repaired an internal pipe leak in my home. Matthew was great to work with. He was polite and patient. He spent enough time to identify what the issue was before jumping into fixing it and has a very methodical approach. We had a roof leaking water from a light fixture in the living room on the first floor. We thought it was the below zero temperatures outside that caused the pipe to freeze and burst. But later Matthew found a misaligned nail from the second floor flooring that was very close to the hot water pipe piercing through the insulation and damaging the pipe. Over the years, from the impact caused by walking on the second floor, the nail gradually damaged the pipe. Matthew replaced the section of the pipe that was damaged and checked for any similar issues in that area. We also had a few damp spots that were showing up on the roof around that area, which couldn’t be explained from just one leak. Matthew explained that it was because of the insulation that carried the water away from the actual damaged area and water accumulating around the drywall joints which caused these stains. I would recommend Matthew do any of your plumbing works. ~ Bharath P
